Is it normal for a teenager to be pro-one-night-stands?

i'm 17. all my friends around my age 14-24 still go for the whole lovey-dovey-forever thing and i think it's cute and all, but it's just that i don't believe in it anymore. for someone who's been hurt really badly in her teen years, is it normal for me to just stop believing in "true love"?



when i tell my friends that i'd much rather go clubbing and have sex with someone that turns me on rather than to settle down and have a boyfriend, they just tell me that i'm weird.



so honestly, for my age, is it normal for me to believe in this? because i don't know anyone around my age that DOESN'T believe in "the one" or "forever", besides me of course.

That is disgusting and a recipe for disaster, such as pregnancy, STDs, or rape. At your age, hooking up with older guys is illegal. You are still considered a minor.
