Your best bet would be p2p file sharing, as in bittorrent or emule, be forwarned though that if u have a system like bittorent i believe anyone can see any files on ur computer and what ur browsing i.e. paying bills, so be careful and it doesnt matter what kind of virus system u have they can still do it
