Should i watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1?

or should i wait cause i haven;t read the 7th book yet....i mean iam so exited..i wana know what will happen......i just can't wait any longer...i reckoned it has positive critical acclaim..

iam thinking of watching the film first cause it wont matter ,i'll finish the book before the next film is released......unless if the exciting stuff in the book was expressed recklessly and uninterestingly in the 1st film....

Wait and read the book first. While the movie is great, and closely follows the book, it does not have the time to catch the small details and glances over some things that are well explained in the book. You will understand much better, what's going on, if you read the book first. You also won't have to wait until the end of July to know the end.



Both are great and either way would be fine. I just love the way JKR writes.

If you've seen the other movies or read the other books, I wouldn't see what harm there would be watching the seventh film before reading the book.



It sticks fairly well to the book, but some of it might be a bit confusing.

Read it, it is unforgiving to watch for newcomers as all is tied up and explained in number 2 so watch out if you do see it.
