In part 1 Harry, Ron and Hermione go in search of voldemorts horcruxes. They find 1 which is Professor Umbridges locket,
they also learn the tale of the Deathly hallows which are three objects which together can master death, the elder wand (dumboldors wand) the cloak of invisibility (harry's cloak) and the resurection stone (brings back the dead).
Meanwhile Voldemort is searching for the elder wand, which is said to be the most powerful wand in the world, and when he learns it is Dumboldor's possesion he goes to his grave and steals it. (that is the final scene of the movie).
Also due to the unfortunate events and Malfoy manner Bellatrix's lestrange kills Dobby.
Its a brilliant movie and if you wish to see it you can buy it on dvd now. And part two is amazing you will definitely enjoy it.
