I recently watched this movie with my girlfriend, and I just had some questions pertaining to the movie...
Now, I haven't seen a Harry Potter movie since Prisoner of Azkaban, so I have no idea what had happened between then and now, so if someone would be as kind as to answer me these:
1. Could someone explain what was going on in the beginning of the movie? Harry's aunt/uncle/cousin were leaving the house... Hermoine wiping her parents' minds(??) [If that's what was really happening...?]. And everyone leaving just before everyone takes the potion to transform everyone to look like Harry...
2. When did Snape turn sides and join Voldemort? Like what movie...?
3. When did Hermoine learn to apperate? Movie just before? And why don't they just apperate everywhere instead of traveling on foot?
4. When someone wears a Horcrux, why did they seem to become... Meaner/Evil?
5. Right before Harry finds the sword of Gryffindor, there's a Deer like spirit that leads to show him it's under that ice... Where did that come from??
6. THIS one is just my ignorance... But what exactly is a "Hallow"? I looked it up online for a definition and it just gives me verbs, from watching the movie, I just interpret the "deathly hallows" as a "folklore" or "fairytale", "legend" type of thing... Just a story... Care to give your interpretation or the actual correct answer?

It isn't save for them to stay anymore. They are scared that Voldermort and his deatheaters will find their families and torture their whereabouts out of them, they are pretty much protecting them.
2. When did Snape turn sides and join Voldemort? Like what movie...?
In the 6th one. Snape kills Dumbledore.
3. When did Hermoine learn to apperate? Movie just before? And why don't they just apperate everywhere instead of traveling on foot?
They learnt in the 6th book, wasn't mentioned in the movie. They didn't apperate everywhere because Ron was too weak from when he lost half his arm.
4. When someone wears a Horcrux, why did they seem to become... Meaner/Evil?
Because Voldermort was connecting with them, kind of. Reading their minds, bringing out the worst in them. It's complicated.

That's a secret and a big part of Deathly Hallows part 2, eventhough they never explained how it found them.

It's one of the three items that death gave to the brothers in the story; The Elder Wand, The Stone and the Cloak. That's just the name they are given.
You should watch them all, or even better, read the books. I'm sure you'd enjoy them :3|||Why dont you just watch the films youve missed|||1)Everyone is preparing for a big war against Voldemort that's why Hermoine thinks she will never come back home again...maybe she'll get killed and she doesn't want her parents to suffer so she wipes their minds and make them forget about her FOREVER.
Everyone is transforming to Harry look-a-like so Death Eaters won't find the real Harry and kill him while they transfer him to Ron's house where they suppose to meet good people from Ministry of Magic.
2)Movie 6,when Snape kills Albus Dambledore - he joins Voldemort and becomes his right hand helper.The one that Voldemort trusted like NO ONE ELSE.
3)They don't apperate because they don't even know what they're looking for.All they know is that they have to find a Horcucs but they need time to figure out where.
ALSO the biggest reason why they avoid it is because when you apperate the MINISTER OF MAGIC CAN DETECT IT but they want to be hidden from bad guys who took over Ministry of Magic so they prefer to walk.
4)Horcrux is the darkest and worst magic that someone can use.It takes away your soul and love from you.When you wear a Horcrux it kinda sucks out the love from you too.
5) you'll find out about this after watching Deathly Hallows Part 2 at the end.I don't want to spoil this one :)
6) Hallow means "gift" . "Deathly Hallow" means "Gift from the Death".
3 brothers received gifts from the Death ,remember ?
Those Hallows(gifts) are Invisible Cloak,Master Wound,Philosopher's Stone.
Watch all movies before watching the last one so everything will be clear.
Bye.|||1. Dumbledore had just been killed by Snape, and Harry's being moved to safe location. The Order of the Phoenix (Dumbledore's Army kind of thing) decides that Voldemort might come find Harry's family to find out where Harry is moving to. So the Order takes his family somewhere else safe as well. Hermoine also knows that her parents might be in danger, and since she doesn't want her parents to be harmed, she coaxes their memories so that she would no longer be existent in their life. Another part of the story is that Harry and his trio decides to not go back to Hogwarts but hunt down rest of the horcruxes. So if Hermione dies, it'll be okay for her parents. Everyone leaving as Harry is just a security measure to ensure that the Death Eaters, if they figure out that Harry's being moved that day, would be at least confused and chase down the wrong Harry.
2. Snape was on Voldemort's team ever since the beginning, it's just he was an "under cover" spy for Voldemort in Hogwarts. We learn about this throughout the movie sequences as Harry gets more and more suspicious about Snape.
3. In the 6th movie, when they took a standard wizard test, they learned to apperate. Hermione, naturally, excelled at the apperation and was given "license" to apperate legally. They do apperate everywhere in 7th movie, it's just they didn't know how before, and couldn't apperate in the school (as explained in the first movie). + In the 7th movie, Ron was badly cut in one of his arm and was too weak to apperate.
4. Horcrux is basically a piece of Voldemort's soul. It's not that the Horcrux is making people evil, but it's Voldemort's soul that creeps into the weakness of their mind and takes over that makes people evil.

6. Hallow is just a folklore. Deathly Hallow is a folklore passed down from generation to generation in wizard world to teach them a lesson, like our fairy tales. Except, some people believe the Deathly Hallow is real, including Voldemort. Story goes something like this:
Three brothers crosses a bridge. The river underneath was suppose to kill them, but by crossing the bridge, they avoided death. Death, frustrated by the such act, came to the brothers in a sinister way, congratulating them on avoiding death. Death suggested that he'd give each brother a prize, and the first brother asked for a wand powerful enough that it would even be able to defeat Death. That's Elder Wand. Second brother asked for a stone that could rise dead from their grave, the Resurrection Stone. Third brother, being the wisest of them all, asked for a cape that would hide him from Death. Death gave all these to the brothers and disappeared. First brother was then killed by someone else wanting that power of Elder Wand. Second brother went mad after reviving his dead lover, but as a ghost, following the ghost to death. Third brother hid under his cape and lived a very long life, when in the end, he took off his cape and embraced Death like an old friend.
There are three items here of essence: Elder Wand, Resurrection Stone, and the Invisibility Cloak.
(For the movie, Elder Wand is the only thing you need to be concerned about).|||I'll try to.... :-S
1. Dumbledore was killed by Snape at the end of the last movie. He was killed right before Hary's eyes. So, Harry decided to quit school n find da horcruxes. Then, Hermoine and Ron joins him too. But them joining Harry was a bit risky. So, Hermoine decided to swipe off the memory of her in her parents minds so, they won't look for her.
N everyone transform to transfer Harry safely to where ever he was going (to his home), so that, Voldemort won't realise who is who. That way Harry will be safer!
2. That's as above, Snape had apparently been helping Voldemort.....
3. Muggles weren't supposed to c dem so dey cudn't apparate. Yeha, dey all learnt in da last movie.
4. Horcrux was a part of Voldemort, so, it's evil I guess.
5. It can be his father.. I'm not really sure..
6. Hallow... well, dere r 3 hallows. When 1 gets hold of all da 3 hallows, den, he becomes da master of death.
Actually, Dumbledore was in a mission to find all da horcruxes n destroy them so that he cud kill Voldemort. Harry joined him to find a locket. N that night, Dumbledore was killed by Sanpe, n Voldemort took over.
It's a long story, u will hv 2 either read it or watch it.... It's really interesting!|||1. Hermoine is wiping her parent mind so the death eaters wont try and get info from them. They take the potion to protect Harry.
2.Snape was always with Voldemort.
4. Because the horcrux is a bit of voldemort and voldemort is evil so...
5. It was snape who is is sort of the good guy at the end except for when he was always so mean to harry.
6. A hallow is a powerful magical item. there are 3 of them; the elder wand, resurrection stone and the invisibility cloak
:)|||1. Harrys family was leaving because Harry knew that Voldemort would try to kill him since they werent protected anymore. All protection went away when Harry turned 17. Hermione was erasing her parents mind so that they could forget her. So that death eaters wouldnt kill them. They were leaving to go a safe house. Everyone turned into Harry so that when the death eaters came no one would know which one is the real Harry.
2. Snape has been with Voldemort ever since he graduated. He becomes a spy for Dumbledore after Lily is killed. We dont find this out until Part 2.
3. Hogwarts has a class to teach you how but its not in the movie. They travel by foot because they dont wont the deatheaters to track them.
4. It has a piece of Voldemorts soul in it. So it influences them to do things.
5. Its never been said but everyone assumes its Snapes patronus. But you dont find out until Part 2.
6. It is a legend but real at the same time. The 3 deathly hallows is the invisibility cloak that Harry owns. The resurrection stone that brings people back and the elder wand. By having all 3 items you are the Master of Death.
