What was the lighted deer in Harry Potter and the deathly hallows in the forest?

i just watched part 1, I did read the book but that was a long time ago. If possible can u tell me what chapter it was in and the page number. I have the hard cover book.What was the lighted deer in Harry Potter and the deathly hallows in the forest?
It was Severus Snape's patronus, in the Forest of Dean, Chapter the Silver doe, has a pic of the doe standing in the woods.

Snape isnt actually bad, he was very loyal to Dumbledore and was told to kill him by the bearded wizard himself. So when he died snape went to his portrait, and Dumbledore told him to give the Sword of Gryffindor to Harry, but without him Knowing. The sword in his office was a fake, so Snape gave it to Bellatrix who believed it was real and put it in her vault.



Snape then hid the real one in the lake in the Forest so that harry could get it. The doe thing is his Patronus charm, he used it to Guide harry to the SwordWhat was the lighted deer in Harry Potter and the deathly hallows in the forest?
It was Snapes patronus. It was in the chapter called "the siler doe" but you do not find out whos patronus it is until "the prince's tale"
