I saw this band one night on late night TV and they rocked and I have no idea their name!!- Please Help!!!?

I was watching a new-er late night show - I think is was late late night show with Craig Furguson and they had this band on there - I don't remember many of the words but the main part - or chorus - was like "Stop - Wait - Put a little love in it" . It may go something like that if not exact - I have a good memory just a cracked lens LOL - After they finished their song they trashed the set and broke guitars and speakers n stuff, even craig the host did - I'm pretty sure it is the late late night show with either Creig or Craig furguson - the boss of Drew on the Drew Carey show.
