Well here's the thing; you look at it as being a one night stand, but the thing is there are chances you will want to have sex with him again because of how much you are around him and your friends family. Things could get very complicated because of this. So do you really want to have sex with him, then deal with seeing him all the time after? Also, he may have more feelings towards you besides sex. He wants to take you out to dinner, that means he's actually interested in you. You probably don't want to get a bad reputation from his family because he gets bitter you're just using him.
