Is it really possible that I gained this much weight in one night...?

So I'm 15 years old, around 5'8-5'9, and 129 pounds. My weight usually changes from 129-131 but lately I've just been 129, and that's the weight that I love being.

Anyways, I always eat right and exercise whenever I have a chance to, but yesterday I had a really bad day and just wanted food. This is pretty much the first time in a long time that I go to food for comfort, so don't lecture me about that please.

I don't think I ate that much... I probably ate around 2200 calories in total yesterday (most of the bad things I ate were at night if that means anything), which is 1000 more than I usually eat. But when I weighed myself this morning, I was 132 pounds. Which means that somehow, from yesterday to today I gained 3 pounds. Is that even possible?

Is it just because I ate most of the bad things at night and I could still be a little bloated? Is it really possible that I gained this much weight in one night...?You probably are bloating.. if you ate more salt than you usually do your body tends to bloat. It also could be that time of the month and your body gains a pound or two in water weight. Is it really possible that I gained this much weight in one night...?You would have had to have eaten at least 5000 calories to even gain one lb of fat, so it's definitely bloating/water weight. Is it really possible that I gained this much weight in one night...?Your digestive system and metabolism slows at night. Most of your weight is likely due to undigested matter and bloating.
