Parakeet's/Lovebird's Dead in one Night?? Help?

Hey there, i recently owned 12 parakeets? Well im not sure they are parakeets.. they were mostly lightblue with yellow/white coloring, and two love birds. What happened is that last night checked on my birds, checked their food and water and said i would change it the next day.. I change water/food every other day... But this afternoon 12 hours later, 8 of the parakeets are dead on the floor, 1 is shoved in the corner with a love bird in the upper aviary of the cage like someone shoved them in place. And most unusual the 2 other parakeets are stuck on the cage, by stuck i refer to their claws holding the bird wire tightly. Other things to note that there was down? Or well feathers stuck to one side of the cage, feathers on the bottom of the cage, and a few birds that were, Well their heads were missing.



On a side note their water is completely green with waste on the bottom, and the food dishes are empty.



I think something scared them.. But I don't know how to explain it.

If they are outside a raccoon might have tried to get to them.I would bring the bird that is alive inside
