1. I was reading book 6 when Harry called Kreacher and he appeared fighting Dobby when I realized something. In book 5 when Sirius was calling Kreacher why didn't he appear like when Harry called him at Hogwarts??
2. I was watching the Deathly Hallows Part 2 and when it said "19 years later" Harry's scar seemed to be gone. Explain please?

at Hogwarts harry summoned him so Kreacher apperated there but when Kreacher is at Sirius' home he just walks

The scar was the physical manifestation of the horcrux of valdamort within Harry. It was destroyed with the death of valdemort

that is most likely a flaw in the movie bc that scar is permanent. it shouldve still been there
