I am watching the deathly hallows part 2 today at the movies. but we have an extra ticket, so I am bringing my 5-year-old neigbors daughter along. I would hate for the ticket to go to waste, but I am a bit skeptical whether its ok to bring her along. I told her dad where we will be taking her for (harry potter movie) and he said OK no negative/criticism. the girl is 5 1/2 years old, is she good to go?
BONUS QUESTION: if any unappropriate scenes come along, should i cover her eyes or what?Harry potter okay for 5 year olds?
If you are in charge of a child and have to cover their eyes during a movie, the kid shouldn't be watching the movie. You know it is inappropriate, which is why you asked, you just want someone to tell you it's okay. Well, it's not. And for the child's sake I hope you don't take her.
It's completely fine! My little sister is almost as crazy about harry potter as I am and she loves all the movies and as soon as she turn 8 or 9 I will make her read the books! If you're worried about getting in they won't really stop you. My sister, almost 5, got into bad teacher (r rated) and a few scary movies. But if you feel like something is inappropriate just cover her eyes. Also maybe go movie hopping and see a happier movie afterwards. One that she would like! Have fun! It's a good movieHarry potter okay for 5 year olds?
no i wouldn't bother taking her - you'll have that ticket wasted and you'll miss the start of the movie waiting for her dad to come pick her up
its a 13 - they wont let her in
my brother and his wife tried to take my 7 yr old niece in - they called me to come pick her up and missed the first twenty minuets
sorry i'd just tell her dad that she wont be allowed in
There's nothing in it that will hurt her, but she's coming into the middle of the story.
She won't understand anything that's going on.
She'll be asking you to explain it all through the movie.
It would still be wasting a ticket.Harry potter okay for 5 year olds?
HELL NO!!!!
That movie is so violent and dark. I'm 20 and I had to cover my eyes. If she watches she will have nightmares.
It's rated M for a reason. No child should be made to see anything like that. It's wrong.
it is very inappropriate for her and if she comes cover her eyes . and i seen the movie that's why i said it is inappropriate for her
Don't take an under 18 men at Harry Potter. The shock will never go....
no big no./...
oh god no. the earlier ones yes. the late ones? HELL NO
no u should
sell the tickets
trade the ticket
