Will I be able to play the movie and the xtra features on a regular DVD player if I get a blu ray combo pack?

I want to buy the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 Blu Ray combo pack because I heard there are really great bonus features and an actor's commentary. The thing is, I want to watch it on my computer which obviously is not a blu ray player. will the combo pack include the full movie, and extras which I can watch on my computer?Will I be able to play the movie and the xtra features on a regular DVD player if I get a blu ray combo pack?
