Is it okay to fall in love with your dad?

I mean I am over the age of 18, and well I always had a huge crush on my dad, and would like to be with him.



And no he isn't married he is gay like me, but well he got drunk one night 19 years ago and ended up with me.



I just want to know does this make me a bad person?Is it okay to fall in love with your dad?I won't do a single word answer like other people. To me, i have no problems with incest. Do I actually care for my family members in a way that you do, no. Love is love, no matter who it is. Sure society doesn't approve, but some of society today doesn't support gay marriages, but people do it anyway. Where I used to live there was a brother and sister that had children together and lived happily. Sure they weren't married but our small town accepted them. If you love your dad in a romantic way then there is no problem in that.



Only concern that there would be is the people around you and the fact of your dad's feelings as well. Don't automatically assume he feels the same way towards you just because he's gay. Maybe have a few drinks with him, not enough to have a repeat of sex like he did when having you, but just enough to be buzzed so you can ask him questions, have him answer and he answers he likes you, stop there, or press on with more questions. Don't do anything physical and ask if his answers were true in the morningIs it okay to fall in love with your dad?
I don't think it makes you a bad person at all.



And actually, I don't have a problem with consensual incestuous relationships. So IF he felt the same way about you too, I suppose you could be together. The problem, however, is that he most likely does not. Very few people feel attracted to their closest relatives. And if you made a move on him and it turned out that he did NOT feel the same way as you do, things might get very awkward, and the relationship between the two of you might turn sour. Because unfortunately, there's this HUGE freaking taboo against incest in society, which I personally think is really silly. :(Is it okay to fall in love with your dad?It makes your choices bad, but not necessarily you I suppose.
